A contract between the customers and Airkix MK Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, despatched and the goods have been accepted.

We endeavour to display all items in our current range on our website. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. However, occasionally, an item maybe out of stock. Goods purchased via this site can be returned to us for an exchange of size where applicable or an exchange of faulty goods for a similar item within 30 days of the date of dispatch. Airkix does not offer a refund policy as all goods are purchased as seen on the website or at Airkix.

All photographic products including downloads and prints onto any surface or material are bought as seen on the website and no refund will be given. In the event that the printing is faulty, a replacement will be sent after receipt of the faulty goods.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials on this Website are owned, controlled or licensed to Airkix Limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Returns Policy

Where goods are faulty or the incorrect size, simply return the product to the address at the back of the despatch note. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to Airkix .

Methods of Payment

All transactions are in Pounds Sterling (£). We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit and debit cards. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Delta and Switch Debit cards.
